We needed to upgrade our mattress, amazing staff and good product. Would highly recommend and will be back to support then more in the future

Amazing out of town service on a minor issue. Will be back.

Super friendly, above and beyond customer service. Bought several pieces of furniture there in summer 2024, one of our dogs got at the cushion on one of the couches and called to inquire about replacing covers summer 2025. Without hesitation they ordered new covers and I had them within 3 days. Quality furniture, lots of selection, happily support this local business.

I’m not normally one to post a review but dealing with Hotchkiss was an overall great experience. Brittany was awesome in assisting us with finding a sectional and even accommodating us with a couch in the meantime while waiting for ours to arrive. The movers were great in setting up and taking away all the garbage too. I will definitely be recommending and dealing with Hotchkiss in the future. Thanks for the exceptional customer service, we love our sectional!

Great place
