I don’t know what to say other than: Just hire Vandemark Heating and Cooling. Among some of the top reasons would be: • Years of experience that have lead to years of knowledge on a wide variety of of units, old and new. • Is amazingly prompt and responsive. • He comes with his own network of individuals to help him with things outside of his profession. • He is able to look and think outside of the box in order to assess and accurately diagnose and solve any issues. • Is extremely financially fair. He is cognizant of expenses. • He explains things in detail, including the issue and the solution(s). (This includes for those of us not familiar with the world of HVAC.) • He is a small, locally owned business. I could come up with a hundred more bullet points to share, but will just say that Randy and his crew have pretty much been able to save and/or bail me out of a variety of heating and cooling issues with my NOT new furnace. A foot of snow doesn’t stop them. 100 degree heat doesn’t stop them. They get there. They assess. They explain. They fix it … based on YOUR decision. Not only that, but Randy has been a champion of helping me through education. It might sound silly, but I am definitely not educated, nor do I understand, all the components of a furnace or HVAC system, but Randy will explain commonsense, switches, etc ..., and how I can maintain them, as opposed to waiting for them to quit working. And, trust me, he is patient while he explains!!! So, again, as an abbreviated version of this review: Just hire these guys. To say that we are blessed to have them in our community is not saying enough! Thank you, Vandemark Heating and Cooling!

My furnace died on the coldest day of this year when temps were below zero. Randy and the awesome guys who work with him had a new one installed within hours! This week I had them back for a new air conditioner. I can’t praise them enough they are friendly, kind and extremely professional. I must mention also extremely and reasonably affordable. We are lucky to have them in our community! Thanks Randy and crew you rock!!
