The technician, Raymond, was courteous, kind, and impressively prompt—he even arrived early! Raymond serviced a kitchen faucet, shower valve, and bathroom sink stoppage. While the shower valve presented some challenges, he remained professional and persistent, ultimately resolving the issue.
