As a nervous patient due to very bad experiences.I have found Dr Nidhi nurse Julie, Carolyn on the front desk. All make my visit as stress free as they possibly can with their care and gentle treatment. Would highly recommend them.

Nidhi is an amazing, friendly, kind and gentle dentist. She took care of all my very overdue dental needs — from a thorough clean to fillings and eventually crown replacements — all at competitive prices. I chose Parkdale Family Dental as a local resident wanting to support local business, and I’m so glad I did. Julie, Nidhi’s nurse, is fabulous — bubbly, caring and always attentive. And Carolyn provides such a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk, making every visit to this lovely practice a positive experience. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Everyone is so lovely, and the vibe is very calm and friendly. I had poor experiences with my previous dentist, so now am quite nervous when it comes to dentist visits. I've seen Dr Yea Lee twice now, and at all times she has been kind, gentle, explained everything to me that I needed/wanted to know, and helped me through the gagging of some of the x-rays, where at my last dentist they just referred me elsewhere. Carolyn (at the front desk) is lovely, and her demeanour will make you feel comfortable and at home in the waiting area. Highly recommend! I will definitely be seeing the team there regularly, as they provide such a good service.

Best experience. The sweetest and friendliest staff. Feels like you are greeted by family each time you call or walk in the door! At my recent appointment, my newborn baby became unsettled in the pram, and with my permission, the receptionist (wish I remembered her name!) supported me and comforted my baby, took the pram and walked her around back to sleep. It made me feel way less stressed in the dentist chair for the procedure, and the dentist wasn’t distracted with crying baby either!
